Salzburg celebration introduced Mrs. Austria Globe ambassadors and spotlighted WIN Foundation’s work with survivors of narcissistic abuse

Austria has officially joined the international Mrs. Globe® map with a statement of intent.
At its very first participation in the Mrs. Globe system, Austria brought home the continental title of Mrs. European Nations 2025, won by Svetlana Frühwald, now Mrs. European Nations 2025.

This landmark victory closed a 30-year gap in Austria’s presence at international “Mrs.” events and opened a new chapter for Austrian women in leadership, advocacy and community service.

The celebration evening in Salzburg gathered guests, partners and media to honour Svetlana’s title and to present the next steps for the Mrs. Austria Globe platform.

Mrs. Globe® – A Social Platform Disguised as a Pageant

Founded in 1996 by Dr. Tracy Kemble, Mrs. Globe® is one of the longest-running international pageant systems for married women.

Behind the stage lights sits a clear social focus: Mrs. Globe operates as a global advocacy and fundraising platform linked directly to The W.I.N. (Women in Need) Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charity in the United States.

Delegates are not only contestants; they serve as ambassadors, using their titles to bring attention to emotional health, self-worth and recovery after abuse. Mrs. Globe events around the world support WIN’s educational and recovery programs.

Four Divisions – Space for Every Woman

The Mrs. Globe system is built on the idea that presence, charisma and leadership are not limited by age, clothing size or height. To reflect this, the organisation includes four key divisions for women at different life stages:

  • Mrs. Globe® – for women roughly 25–44 years

  • Mrs. Classique Globe® – for women 45+

  • Mrs. Curve’ Globe® – for women wearing approximately US sizes 12–18

  • Mrs. Petite Globe® – for women up to around 165 cm in height

Through these categories, the Mrs. Globe system opens doors to women who might never consider a traditional pageant. The core message: representation and influence belong to women of all ages and body types.

WIN Foundation and the “Reclaiming Me” Program

At the centre of the Mrs. Globe family stands The W.I.N. Foundation (Women in Need International). Founded in 1996 by Dr. Tracy Kemble, WIN focuses on recovery and emotional development for women who have experienced abuse trauma, including narcissistic abuse.

Its signature course, “Reclaiming Me”, is a year-long online program with weekly classes. It is designed to repair the emotional system after abuse and guide women from survival into renewed confidence and self-respect. More than 25,000 women worldwide have taken part in WIN programs and workshops.

All Mrs. Globe titleholders and participants act as ambassadors for WIN, using their visibility to raise awareness of narcissistic abuse and the path to recovery. Through Svetlana Frühwald’s success and the launch of Mrs. Austria Globe, Austria has now joined this international advocacy network and will help spread information about WIN Foundation and “Reclaiming Me” in the German-speaking region.

Salzburg Event: New Austrian Ambassadors Announced

During the celebration in Salzburg, Mrs. Austria Globe introduced two new national ambassadors:

  • Mrs. Austria Classique 2026 – Daniela Sobotka

  • Mrs. Austria Curvé 2026 –Isabella Wagner

These titleholders will represent Austria in the Mrs. Classique Globe® and Mrs. Curve’ Globe® divisions, carrying the message that life experience and body diversity are welcome on international stages.

Behind this development stands Hannelie van Wyk, World Mrs. Classique Globe titleholder and National Director of Mrs. Austria Globe. Drawing on her own international success, she is shaping the brand in Austria with strong emphasis on cultural values, emotional education and community building.

“Our goal in Austria is simple,” said Hannelie van Wyk.
“We use the visibility of a pageant to start conversations about emotional health, solidarity between women and the courage to rebuild life after abuse. The crown becomes a microphone for something deeper.”

“Most Supportive Woman in Austria” Award – Martina Friesacher

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of “The Most Supportive Woman in Austria” award.

The title went to Martina Friesacher in recognition of her consistent, often quiet support of women-centred projects and her long-standing encouragement of the Mrs. Austria Globe initiative.

As part of the award, Martina received a complimentary cover and feature article in Woman Star World magazine, the international publication that follows women’s stories across Malta, Austria and other countries. Her upcoming feature will present her story to a global readership.

A Victory with Cultural and Social Meaning

For Austria, Svetlana Frühwald’s Mrs. European Nations title represents much more than a single crown. It signals the country’s entrance into a global sisterhood of women who connect personal achievement with social contribution.

“For me, this crown is a reminder of how far a woman can go once she starts believing in her own worth again,” said Svetlana Frühwald.
“I am proud that Austria now stands on the Mrs. Globe map – for the values behind it: dignity, emotional healing and mutual support and I am excited to continue my journey and represent Austria and whole Europe at upcoming World Final of Mrs.Globe 2026”

Looking Ahead: International Women’s Leadership & Empowerment Week in Salzburg

During the event, Mrs. Austria Globe also announced its next major initiative: the International Women’s Leadership & Empowerment Week, planned for January 2026 in Salzburg.

The week is expected to bring Dr. Tracy Kemble and invited women from Europe, North America, Asia and Africa to Austria for conferences, masterclasses and cultural experiences, positioning Salzburg as a meeting point for women leaders and advocates connected through Mrs. Globe and the WIN Foundation network.
