Every woman is like a diamond, with her facets—the many sides of herself—creating her brilliance. We are not mono-creatures; we are multidimensional. Understanding this allows us to live in self-authenticity, one of the highest emotional states. One of my favorite mantras is: "A Feminine Boss is a woman who can be both 100% brilliant and 100% under construction at the same time.

Your work spans Mrs. Globe, the WIN Foundation, and now the Feminine Boss brand. How do you see these platforms connecting to create a unified vision for empowering women globally?
I believe these three platforms form a seamless progression of a woman stepping into her authentic self. From trauma recovery (through the WIN Foundation), to dreaming (through Mrs. Globe), to creating a life footprint by turning daydreams into reality—this journey has been thoughtfully crafted under our umbrella. Each stage is designed to nurture different aspects of a woman’s growth, from healing and self-discovery to empowerment and action. Together, they provide a roadmap for women to reclaim their voices, redefine their goals, and step into their power. This holistic approach ensures that every woman, regardless of where she starts, can find the tools and support she needs to thrive on her unique path.

The Feminine Boss concept combines Yin and Yang energies. How did your personal journey inspire you to create this powerful philosophy, and why do you think it resonates so strongly with women around the world?
As an Aquarian and seeker of knowledge, I believe my quest for Feminine Energy was something I pursued my entire life—without even realizing it. My tipping point came in 2014. Despite all the “personal work” I had done on myself, I felt something was still missing from my success formula. I found myself stuck in a cycle of one step forward, two steps back, leaving me discouraged.

At that time, I had just begun studying energy and stumbled upon the concept of Feminine Energy. The very sound of it ignited an explosion of excitement and curiosity in my soul, one that has never stopped since.

As a woman raised in a culture steeped in Masculine Energy, discovering Feminine Energy felt like meeting my other half. When both sides of me began showing up—my colorful spirit (Feminine Energy) and my intellectual smarts (Masculine Energy)—life finally started working. I could be 100% myself, and the combination of both energies created a superpower within me.

This resonates so strongly today because people—especially women—are exhausted. They’re searching for ways to make life more joyful, prosperous, and manageable. Many are burning out because, like a jet, they’re operating with only one engine on. We need both engines to fly.

You’ve described the Feminine Boss as someone who embodies vulnerability, strength, creativity, and logic. What advice would you give to women struggling to harmonize these seemingly opposing traits in their personal and professional lives?
Every woman is like a diamond, with her facets—the many sides of herself—creating her brilliance. We are not mono-creatures; we are multidimensional.

In my course, I teach that every woman contains four entities within herself:

  • Her Princess
  • Her “16”—representing her past pains and traumas, woven into the fabric of her being
  • Her Warrioress
  • And her Queen

Understanding this allows us to live in self-authenticity, one of the highest emotional states. One of my favorite mantras is: “A Feminine Boss is a woman who can be both 100% brilliant and 100% under construction at the same time.”

As the creator of the Reclaiming Me program and author of several books on overcoming narcissistic abuse, how does the Feminine Boss philosophy address emotional recovery and self-empowerment for women who’ve faced similar challenges?
My mother once told me that as women, we cannot reach a certain stage in life without bearing some trauma wounds. This is “life,” and unfortunately, none of us are exempt from difficulties.

At the Feminine Boss Academy, we address this by offering optional classes for emotional health. Trauma running in the background of a woman’s thought process can block positive manifestations. That’s why one of our core philosophies is: “Joy has an address,” and our success formula includes providing a roadmap to reach it.

The Feminine Boss magazine is expanding globally, bringing together women from diverse cultures and industries. How do you envision this platform fostering meaningful connections and inspiring collaboration across such varied backgrounds?
One of my missions in developing the Feminine Boss Academy and Society was to create a global community of unique, like-minded women. To be honest, part of it stemmed from my own desire to sit in the “classroom” of other brilliant women and learn from them, while also creating a space where women could trust and inspire one another.

The Feminine Boss Magazine serves as a platform for amazing women across the globe to share their stories and lessons. I personally read every article written by our cover models, especially the “One Thing I Know” segment, which always leaves me with a powerful takeaway to enhance my life.
