I’ve built a life that doesn’t fit in a box. People often think I can’t sit still. Truth is, I absolutely can—still in body, still in mind. That quiet discipline comes from 30 years of yoga, a practice that has taught me how to reset, reflect, and restore. Stillness, for me, is as vital as movement. One doesn’t work without the other.
DREAMS
I’ve built a life that doesn’t fit in a box. That includes chasing childhood dreams—like becoming a pilot. While my career in the arts took center stage, I never let go of that desire to fly. In my 30s, I earned my private pilot’s license and now fly for leisure. Being part of events like the Malta Airshow makes that sky-bound passion even more meaningful.
FAMILY
I never waste time — that’s how things stay on track in my family. Between school runs and shifting routines, I adjust quickly, especially when the kids need me. During exams, I pull back on work and focus. Holidays? That’s when I switch off and slow down. My husband? He never flinches at my pace. He listens, supports, and gives advice that truly helps. I am so lucky to have him!
MY RESET
Nature is my reset button. I’ve been swimming year-round for years—yes, even in winter. The cold sea, like the ice baths I take regularly, revives me. It’s wellness without the filter. A reminder that resilience is built in silence, in movement, in water.
Ask me what I do for a living and you might get a different answer each time.
That’s not evasion—it’s evolution. I’m a multidisciplinary artist, and for over 30 years, I’ve created, hosted, and produced television shows, events, and projects that reflect my love for culture and people. Representing Malta on global stages wasn’t just an honour—it was an affirmation that creativity paired with national pride can spark real impact.
“So, what’s on the horizon? More skies. More stories. More travel.”
My life swings between opposites—what I call my personal yin and yang. One day, I’m scaling cliffs, sea swimming, or brainstorming creative productions. The next, I’m deep in strategic meetings, presenting with precision, or hosting formal events. I thrive in this contrast. It’s not confusion; it’s range.
This dual rhythm fuels me. I’m a mother of two incredible boys, a loving wife, a creator at heart, and always—always—curious about what’s next. The more I live in both motion and stillness, the more I feel aligned with who I am.
