ANNA POCHIKOVSKAIA

WOMANIFEST is a vision turned reality. At the end of 2023, during a meditation, I saw hundreds of shining eyes looking at me — women filled with inspiration, connection, and purpose. That vision wouldn’t leave me.

1. WOMANIFEST is a new initiative that many people are just discovering. Can you start by telling us — what is WOMANIFEST in your own words, and what inspired you to create it?
WOMANIFEST is a vision turned reality. At the end of 2023, during a meditation, I saw hundreds of shining eyes looking at me — women filled with inspiration, connection, and purpose. That vision wouldn’t leave me. I started organizing smaller events in different countries (namely 22), and when I returned to Malta in September 2024, I thought: “Enough waiting. It’s time to make this happen — right here, right now.” Women and the powerful energy we create together are my greatest inspiration. WOMANIFEST is more than an event—it’s a movement, a space where women manifest their best lives.

2. Before launching WOMANIFEST, what has been your journey in the field of women’s empowerment? Have you been involved in similar projects, or is this a completely new path for you?
It all started with my own transformation. At 12, I struggled with an eating disorder, losing 17kg and facing deep self-worth challenges. That struggle sparked my journey into healing — and later, my passion for helping others.
At 14, I launched a healthy bakery in Belarus for people with dietary restrictions. At 17, I moved to Germany to study Nutritional Science and help people live healthier, happier lives. By 19, I was running a marketing agency in Malta, supporting businesses worldwide. But my heart kept pulling me towards deeper work — helping women create true fulfillment.
My work reached women globally, and as I connected people across countries, I naturally began organizing transformational events.

3. Every project has a personal spark behind it. Was there a specific moment or experience in your life that made you say, “This is what I need to do”?
I’ve always been driven by a deep burning desire to create impact — to see something I do, big or small, improve someone’s life. I first felt this spark at 14 when I opened a healthy bakery in Belarus. I knew then: “I only want to do things that truly matter.” I´m 22 now. That fire has never left me. It’s what led me to coaching, hypnotherapy, and now, WOMANIFEST. Every time I hear, “You changed my life,” I know — I’m exactly where I need to be.

4. As a woman, have you faced challenges that made you realize the importance of creating a platform like WOMANIFEST? Can you share a personal moment that shaped your mission?
Absolutely. My mission started with my own recovery from an eating disorder and me being always young and different from others. I was feeling like I didn’t belong. I often wondered, “Why don’t I relate to the same things as others?” But when I shifted my perspective, everything changed. Instead of suppressing my uniqueness, I embraced it — and that’s when I started attracting the right people, opportunities, and experiences. That’s exactly what WOMANIFEST is — a space where women step into their power, feel truly seen, and turn their challenges into strengths.

5. The name “WOMANIFEST” is intriguing. What does it mean to you, and how does it reflect the purpose of this project?
It is actually a full reflection of what this project is all about: This FEST is for WOMEN who want to MANIFEST their best lives. It’s about turning dreams into reality, while fully enjoying the journey.

6. There are many ways to empower women—why did you choose an event format? What do you think is the power of bringing women together in person?
Because women thrive when we come together. Competition between women isn’t natural — it’s something we were conditioned into. In reality, our greatest power is in collaboration, connection, and co-creation. That’s why I’m bringing all of Malta’s female communities together — it’s time to unite, beyond age, nationality, industry, or background.

7. How do you see WOMANIFEST being different from other women’s empowerment events or conferences? What’s the unique experience that participants will take away from it?
First of all, WOMANIFEST has a holistic approach. It´s not just about business or just health or just relationships. It allows women to get closer to the life balance they desire. It looks differently for each of them. And there is a space for it.
Plus, it’s not a conference where we just sit still and listen to the speakers. Firstly, I’ve created such a line up that will cause a lot of thought-provoking and even extravagant conversations. And attendees are invited to participate as well and see how magical the outcome will be.
But also, I want to let each attendee melt in pleasure. That’s why I’ve picked the most beautiful arena in Malta, 5* hotel, luxurious catering, exclusive welcome bags, VIP after-party and Platinum Dinner. I want those 500 women to allow themselves to be pampered, celebrated and taken care of.

8. When you think of the women who will attend WOMANIFEST, who do you imagine? What kind of women do you hope to attract, and what transformation do you hope they experience?
It is definitely a woman who knows that she is meant for more. The one who wants even better quality of life, fulfillment, connection with herself and others. I hope to attract an abundant variety of women in terms of age, skin color, industry etc. but united with their values. I want them to leave this space fully rejuvenated, empowered, equipped with new skills to immediately implement in life and with dozens of meaningful connections with those who truly GET them.

9. What kind of impact do you personally want to leave through WOMANIFEST—not just for the attendees, but for yourself as a woman and as a leader?
The first and only one thing that comes to my mind: I want WOMANIFEST to be a living example of what happens when you dare to dream big — and actually make it happen. And I want that inspiration to ripple out into the lives of women across the world.

10. What kind of themes or discussions will WOMANIFEST focus on? Are there specific areas of empowerment, business, wellness, or personal growth that you feel strongly about?
I always do what I preach. I´m all about wholeness and fulfillment. One can not be happy when one area of life is thriving and the other is below 0. It can not always be perfectly balanced, it´s an illusion if someone says that each area on 10 out of 10 is doable. But it can be adjusted depending on YOUR priorities, what you choose now. That’s why we´ll have a workshop on financial independence, vitality & well-being, body language & communication, as well as speeches about life balance, transformation, leadership, self-love and confidence. And the attendees will absorb the exact amount of what they need here and now.

11. As a founder, what do you want WOMANIFEST to mean to people in five years? Do you see it becoming a movement, a global initiative, or something else?
100%. WOMANIFEST is a global movement. It will expand into multiple formats — large-scale conferences, intimate events, an online community, even a foundation and more to be revealed. But Malta will always remain our home base, where we gather for the biggest annual FEST.

12. You’ve stepped into the role of a leader with this initiative. What does leadership mean to you, and how has this journey changed your own perspective on leadership?
I have to admit that WOMANIFEST is challenging my leadership knowledge and power. But what I´ve learned throughout this journey of the past few months is that the most important thing is self-leadership. Only when you have that crystal clear vision, burning desire coming from the heart AND you can stick to it no matter what (which requires a lot of inner work) – you´ll be the best leader ever that people want to follow. No matter if that’s your team, partners or clients.

13. If you could give one message to the women who might be hesitating to take part in WOMANIFEST, what would you say to them? Why is this something they need to experience?
WOMANIFEST isn’t just a conference — it’s a full day experience that will shift something deep inside you. It’s where you’ll step away from the daily rush and step into a room full of wholehearted women who, just like you, are ready to break through limitations and elevate their lives.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. If you’ve been feeling stuck, this is your moment to rise. If you’ve been wondering whether you are ready for more — trust yourself enough to say YES. And I can’t wait to see you there.

14. And finally, what is your biggest dream for WOMANIFEST? If you could envision the most incredible outcome, what would it look like?
Final speech. A room of 500 women, in stunning white, black, and burgundy outfits. Their eyes shining with happiness, their hearts full, their energy vibrating at a whole new level. And then, the messages flood in — “My life is changing in ways I never imagined.”

That’s the moment I dream of. That’s WOMANIFEST.
